I am so grateful for Michele’s calm yet potent energy. She invited me for a session and gently guided me to release the things that were keeping me stuck. Hi Michele, I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for the experience of the session I had. I noticed a huge difference forabout 2.5 weeks. It did not seem too huge at the time but when I snapped out of it I could tell. I have been a lot more irritable and my sleep has been awful. I am having very vivid dreams again and I feel like I am not really sleeping more so just resting, which is how I have always slept. After my Bars session, I felt like I was getting a lot more restful sleep and my mind chatter was definitely less.
